Stand up for what you believe.
Don't stand idly by while someone needs help.
Telling the truth is always better than lying, you can recover from angering someone but you can never recover from lying.
Family comes first no matter the cost.
The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
I'm not sure what that means but I find it hilarious.
the bird gets the worm because he's up before the other birds, the 1st mouse did the same thing for the cheese, but the second mouse stayed in bed whist the first mouse got caught in the mouse trap, the second mouse was free to get the cheese because the 1st mouse set the trap off.
In short, it's not always good to be the 1st one up

Give good and get good.
Liars often set their own traps.
LMAO!!!
I stopped saying it here, but said it to a lady on the bus the other day and she smacked me.
You should bring it back on here Jim!
Too much public outcry for me to stop. Admittedly, I was being a little abusive of the term.
I used to do that all the time was well known for it before Jim and majority of other came along, which is why i gave him the pic below
People just took it the wrong way mate, majority of the time you meant in good taste / humour
