Can't access thanksgiving quest

People are reporting that both this task and flander's 4 hour task are unaccessible after the latest update. Definitely sounds like a glitch!

We all have to repeat that task tomorrow so we're all going to get stuck unless they changed it to a one off through dialouge or perhaps an update.

the 10h task will probably activate at 8 am and set as a oneoff. but about the 4h one ouch

maybe if its a one off now it will count for for people who missed it the first time and clear the second one as well? I would have already started it hours ago it if was still there. Wonder if that's why it was removed?

Weird...it didn't start in my SF either. I just send Homer of on his guest with Gil.

Lisa and Ned are free, but no pop up.

I got a prompt for the task in my second town, but for some reason the tasks are not on Lisa or Ned's "task list". In my main town I got a prompt for the Homer task not the Ned & Lisa one.

I just got the same problem after Gils dialogue with Homer.
Started with some dialogue between Lisa and Flanders about using up the leftovers and then the task came up 'make Sacagawea host a peace feast for Flanders'
Went to Sacagawea Lisa and.......no task. I've tried closing and restarting the game but nothing.hopefully this is a timing issue.
Just a thought though.....it didn't say Sagagawea Lisa, it simply said Sacagawea. But when you click the task it takes you to Lisa.

I am suspecting that having two timed triggers at the same time (continuation of thanksgiving quest and black Friday promo) causes this problem, so one of them didn't trigger properly. I hope we will receive the rest of the thanksgiving quests later in a fix, because this quest is probably requirement for tomorrow quest which (spoiler) awards building...

If so many people have the same problem, EA will fix it. I assume.... I would be really p*ssed if I miss out on the prize.

Another player told me that we have to have Homer free as well. Maybe that is the problem, since I have him on the quest with Gil.

Don't think this is the issue as I had Homer free and well as Lisa and Ned.

Also noticed (Puritan) Neds 4hr task has been locked for over 24hrs so this issue arose before this left over feast quest came up.

My Homer is free, got the prompt for the BF quest, but I didn't get the prompt from Lisa nor do I have the 10h job in my task list or in the character's job lists (I did the previous 10h one without any problems).

I'm sure a fix will be rolling out sooner than later, especially considering the time sensitive nature of the Thanksgiving questline.
