THERE APPEARS TO BE NO WHEEL OF TORTURE
The event is split in parts similar to Halloween
The currency appears to be PRESENTS and ELF BERRIES
    There is a lengthy questline
There’s and ‘ELF CAVE’ with questlines.
The Christmas facades appear to be making a return
    (TSTODaily)

Will the Prize System be like Halloween too? Or like the Past Year Christmas, with Community prizes and such?
    unknown yet

hmmmm not sure I like the halloween set up again.. That's just me though. I liked the community prizes and gift bags from last year :(
My tablet broke during the first week of Halloween 2013, and I didn't get a new one until January 8th this year. But I preferred the Christmas set up last year, and the types of events they used to have where there was personal and community prizes. For christmas 2013, I got 8/10 prizes I think (missed out on the truck and Costingtons) and only played for the last 4 days of the event, as well as balancing out school work. I like the old ways because you actually have to earn the prizes not have a chance of getting them.

Yeah I was freemium back then with like no friends and I did ok. I think I got up to the yes guy or something. I got the yes guy but I didn't get costingtons, or the raccon guy, ect. I really liked how it was set up though. Even the wheel I didn't mind (*ducks out of the way of rotten veggies)

There is NO crafting involved it appears
There are 8 prizes up for grabs using presents
There are 9 prizes up for grabs using elf berries
I can’t tell at the moment if one of these are for community totals
Prizes appear as though they will be rewarded when you obtain a certain amount of the holiday currency

This is their new strategy of the game now split in 3 parts I finished last Xmas with 3 weeks to spare plus they extended a week

It's a smarter strategy. Keeps the event from getting boring.

I agree. Mostly, I just didn't like the prizes.

Seems like a mix of ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and Stonecutters...hopefully one currency is not tied to the other.

Yep. One of the many things FGQFS gets right. Glad to see the competition improving TSTO.
