Yes, there are a lot of people having this issue, please open a ticket with EA
support so they can try to fix it faster.

Crashing out completely, real pain for sure especially due to the time sensative nature of the Christmas theme.

Hopefully it'll get sorted before the end of my 1st 24hr period or I'm gonna miss out on tunnels 2 & 3 for sure.

Same issue here along with a lot of folks over on TSTO Addict site. I emailed EA help. Hopefully we will b compensated for any prizes missed. I wldve finished my 3 item on 2nd tunnel but I doubt I'm gonna be getting any bonus gifts unless it gets fixed very soon. :-( I am a very frequent sometimes premium player and I purchased $100 worth of donuts for my self for a Xmas gift just do the Xmas quest lines with. Gonna suck if I can't even use them!

Luckily I don't have any problems logging into the game, but I regularly have troubles logging into this forum when it automatically logs me off after some days/weeks. Actually I'm practically unable to load the login page on Wifi or only after minutes of waiting. Yet when I turn Wifi off the page loads immediately over 3G/LTE.

I had the same issue yesterday (there was another post on this subject). I opened a ticket on the EA support web site and they told me it's a known problem impacting many players. Luckily it was solved overnight (italian time) and this morning I could start playing again. Anyway I missed tunnels 2&3 bonuses (I should reach at least tunnel 4 one) and I was not able to log in for more than 16 hours.
It was definitively a problem linked to the specific user, since in the same time frame I could succesfully log in using my daughter's account on the very same devices, which were crashing using my own one.

You just need to highlight the problem to EA and wait.

P.S.
No compensation at all for the lost time and bonuses from EA...

Hi, I had this problem, log in, then it kicks me to the desktop when I 'Tap to Continue', I had to escalate the issue with EA on the support site took 2 days to finally get me back in. :evil:

I'm not sure which server you use, but I save the general discussion page tab to my favorites and actually just start from there. I never have any problems from then on, it may be saved at an old discussion, but then just click the tab again to refresh, and I will usually be auto logged in.

Either it was coincidental or.... a complete shutdown and reboot of my iPad and my android phone, and I'm back in on wifi again. For now, anyway. Hope ya'll have better luck. Try a reboot of your device, might help. Maybe.
