I had the same issue with one of my quests. A reinstall fixed it for me

Mine has been doing this this the last small update.

Everytime a character finishes a quest, I will tap the thumbs up, but the task doesn't disappear from the task book. I have to manually force close and restart. Also during that time, the tunnel button doesn't work either.
