Elf glitch?

Not I, am up to 13 after tunnel 9.

Yup, I didn't get the elf I was supposed to after completing tunnel 8. I have twelve since one was awarded as a daily prize two days ago, but I should have 13.

My elf didn't come through for tunnel 8

Best bet is to contact EA on live chat (Which is what I did) and they will forward your details on to get your elf eventually (Or so I was told)

Yeah I did that but I'm not convinced they will do anything. She didn't even ask for my mayhem id which means they can't add the missing elf. Just said someone will email me, which I hear from others on this forum could take weeks or months.

I will have to have a look at what Elf count i am sitting at, as i havent really taken much notice of that tbh

Perhaps they will ask you in their emails.

If they take too long I better get donuts instead

Ive been stuck at 11 for the past 2 tunnels. Here's hoping I get one today!

Same problem: las't night the tunnel didn't work when I completed the task, after restart I had de nutcracker but not the elf and the present bonus. I contacted to EA and they asked me my email to the specialists could contact me in the future and that was it... They didn't ask me for my id in the game or the mayhem id... So, I'm worried... Should I contact ea again and write them my id? On the other hand, how long they take to send you the email?

I was given no time frame for the email.

I don't really care about the 100 presents I missed. The elf has more use

I didn't get my elf or bonus presents for tunnel 8 either.

I hope they fix our problem soon... Now, I'm frightened about the fact that this night it happens the same with tunnel 9...

I don't think I've missed any. Currently at 14 including two misery box elfs and working on tunnel 9.

Yes, you haven't missed any. In my case I have 12 elves, I should have 13 because I received 1 extra instead of the mistery box... (the elf of the tunnel 8 didn't want to go to work...)

I didn't get mine for tunnel 8. I am not sure about the bonus 100 presents though... I wasn't paying attention.

I see that the elf of tunnel 8, is a lazy elf... He is sleeping in home instead of being working with Santa...

I'm pretty sure this problem occurred as a result of the changes they made yesterday on tunnel 8 midday. Hopefully the problemon won't recur unless they decide to update with another change to the current day's tunnel.

Still have not received this 'email' as promised from the ea specialist. I doubt it'll ever come.

Question for all those who didnt get elves: Did you already have the prize associated with the tunnel? I did not get elves on tunnels 7 or 8 but I already had both possible prizes for those tunnels (Xmas purple house/Holiday tree and Xmas Van Houten house/Nutcracker). For tunnel 9 I did not have the destroyed wheel (obviously) and I got it and my elf. Not sure if its a coincidence of not....

no... I hadn't got any nutcracker before gain it with tunnel 8...

Lost an elf too. Since the last ingame update there are sometimes problems to open the tunnels. Workaround therefore is to switch to KL/friends and back. It seems to me, because I was unable open the tunnel, before clicking the yellow thumbs and lost of the elf, that there is an relation and you should beware clicking the thumbs before you are able to enter the tunnels.
