No Feds call button

Have you gotten far enough in the quest? You need to do the part where Homer calls the feds. After that, the button should be in the upper-right corner when visiting neighbors who are playing the Christmas update.

I am on level 14 and haven't even got a Fed's quest.

It is the main Christmas quest with Homer, Santa, and the Elves. Part 9.

Do you have available actions? If not, you won't see the button. You'll have to wait for the visitation timers to reset. Then you can drop feds instead of tapping buildings. You'll get the same rewards, your neighbors will get extra gifts, and it speeds up the visits.

Yes I do have an available action and there is still no button. I have not used button yet so I don't know why I should have to wait for it to reset.

Feds are different than other drop items in prior events like aliens... you can't click buildings AND leave feds, you can only do one or the other (and it's way better for your friends to leave feds)... so if you've visited all of your friends already and spent your three actions for the 24 hours, you won't be able to until tomorrow.

Hope that clears it up. If you're visiting a friend who isn't on a 24 hour countdown clock and they are active in the new event, that would be an issue, but that's the only case... otherwise, you'll just have to wait until you have your 3 actions again.
