Good question, sometimes I know I have Feds in my town but finding them can take me a loooooong time and I don't see any pattern that will help me find them. If someone has tips on finding the Feds in their town I would very much appreciate it!

I've said this in another thread but we really need a Fed Whistle that brings them running to us.

I also think the max number of Feds per town is way too low. Either that or it isn't working correctly. I'll come back after an hour or two and see a lot of handshakes which tells me I'm probably at my Fed limit. But then I'll catch six or at most nine Feds and it'll tell me I got them all. That doesn't seem right.

Mirality

Feds use the same pattern as Sideshow Bob, I think. They'll wander around a little and occasionally disappear inside a building for a few seconds before wandering around again. Can make them quite hard to find if you happen to be scrolling past while they're inside. Just takes perseverence.

idk why but the feds in my town all seem to congregate around my houses. is anyone else seeing this? maybe all of your feds are hanging out in the brown house.....

Here's a Fed related oddity my wife and I noticed a few days ago. She went to send Feds to my town and it gave her the warning that my town was already full of Feds. I checked my town, tapped 2 Feds, and got the message that my town was now clear of Feds. I went to sync the game by going to my neighbor list and back to my town, and when I returned within less than a minute, it was now overrun with Feds. I hope that made sense.

Sounds like there is a bug in the code somewhere.

I've been experiencing this. I was actually in both my towns (I have 2 devices) and the siren kept going off, but there were no Feds. As a check I took a look at my other town through the neighborhood of my first town... Feds! I could see them through the neighborhood, but not actually IN the town.

When the Feds 'go into buildings' it actually just turns off the image. The Fed is still there, you just can't see it (but you can tap on it). There's a glitch in the Fed subroutine where the image isn't getting turned back on when they 'leave the building'.

As has been stated: if you go to your neighborhood or Krustyland and come back they'll reappear. Though sometimes I've actually had to enter a neighbor's town before I could see my own Feds.

the feds are terribly hard to find in a big town.
it doesnt spawn near even when im in the same spot for a couple of minutes

The past 2 days when I've gone to my town first thing in the morning my town has so many handshakes but not a single fed showing even though I've had the notification to say they are in my town! When I go back later they seem to appear from everywhere! Anyone else found this?

Go to your neighborhood (Bart and Millhouse button) then return. It's a glitch.

I just experienced what Barry was talking about...sent feds into my town from kids' towns...went to my town and tapped one, and got the message that all feds were cleared. Going to visit friends and returning didn't trigger them to appear either. Hope the game gods are working to correct this!
