Same here, I'm missing 2. I contacted EA, they told me they can't help me and are sending my ticket to a higher concern team which can take 8 - 10 days. That doesn't help me at all.
But we already did it. It took seven hours, but we did it. It's done.

I suggest trying to contact EA anyway. Either because you might get lucky and get help or maybe if they don't help, you'll get reimbursed with donuts when your ticket gets processed by the higher claims team. At least I'm hoping that's what happens. Who knows.

I got an elf from my 5th day mystery box but it didn't appear. The tunnel was also not accessible. A quick whizz to KL and back and the elf appeared and flew into the toy workshop and the tunnel was accessible again. Might be a possible workaround if you spot an elf missing straight away.
So I just chatted to an EA Advisor. They told me that the problem with the missing Tunnel 11 prizes would be fixed by tomorrow and we will get our prizes then (Tunnel 11 will not be reset). Not sure if that would apply to others who have missing prizes, but hope the fix works for everyone.
I received one today as the daily prize. It showed that 17 were in the shop. Then I went to Krustyland and there was one flying around there. I went back and it flew over to the toyshop. Now it shows 18. Weird. It must have followed me to Krustyland and back.
I had a missing elf. I contacted EA support, and they put one in my Inventory. I'm ok now.

The number of elves you have would vary.
Base/Starter Set = 4 elves.
+1 elf for each tunnel completed. I've done 17 tunnels so far, so that's +17, or 21 total.
And here's the big variance: You get +1 elf for each 5th day of play from the Daily Bonus Rewards. I've got three of those so far (as of yesterday). So right now I've got 24 elves.
When I finish today's 18th tunnel, I'll get another, so will have 25 elves in a couple hours. By end of day tomorrow, I expect I'll have my 26th elf from tunnel 19.

Anyone had success getting their missing elves back? If so, maybe we can leverage off the Case Number?
