I have neighbor with 13 elf homes yet I have about 1400 more presents than he/she. Not a concern.

I have 3 elf homes now ... I bought one last year with donuts, regretted later when I received the second elf home for free as prize. And third elf home is from this year.

Same here. Also up to 3 Christmas trees, not including original/first one we got this year.

I have a bunch of Elf homes from last year and also several christmas tree's.

It is very cool how things from previous years have value this year again....

Thats my basic rule of playing, have at least one of every item but sometimes i have more than one all depends on the item really and how much it costs :roll:

As the the elf houses i have about 4 i think might be 6 will have to have a count up
