Zutroy is missing

Yes, there is a problem in some people's towns. I play two games and 1 got Zutroy in my main town and the other did not. I have contacted EA and they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. I hope this help you

I am also missing the new character.

For EA:previously after finishing a task the program would get stuck, i.e. I could not click on the cave or receive the prize. I would then go to either Krustyland or visit friends and then return to Springfield. It would then proceed as normal. I did find the cabin in inventory but not the new character.

My main town got zutroy my secondary did not. I've finished all the quests. Username krista0123 ...can't get through to ea help, so I hope we get a fix soon.

I've got the same problem. My game crashed as I finished the last tunnel task. I restarted and had the cabin but no Zutroy.

I have the rat, and he went missing on a task I sent him on. He was hiding behind Burns mansion, but after the task, he showed back up. I chatted with him for a while, and he told me he was cloned some time ago, but there were flaws in his counter parts. He also told me, that they all go down to Florida to do deep sea fishing around the holidays, so, they're bound to eventually show up, and look for other towns to live in, or, they could be partying in the cabin.

Same here, Just when i was about to complete the last task i got the "Bart screen of Death" & couldn't get into the game :x , When i woke up this morning i had the Fever Cabin prize but no Zutroy, Username is Acme1970

After looking up why I may not have gotten Zutroy I also discovered that, although having completed every tunnel in the 24 hours, I only have 21 elves and not the 25 I am meant to have. Can anyone tell me if I need to contact EA about this, or what else I may be able to do (choosing the game properly and restarting my android has not helped either problem). I am getting very annoyed as I also had a problem with the Easter quests where I stopped receiving baskets/eggs and got next to nothing from that whole time

Zutro is inconspicuously missing after I finished the tunnels, also only 23 elves. Come on EA correct this.

Did not receive Zutroy either. Tried to live chat with EA, but I was waiting for over an hour and got fed up.

i too couldn't get zutroy or the elf. unless there's a 25 elf max and then i have my explanation.

It is good to know I'm not alone with this problem. But I wish someone in programming would fix the problem.
