Zutroy is missing

It is good to know I'm not alone with this problem. But I wish someone in programming would fix the problem.

Same problem, really wish this game would stop getting so many bugs and issues. I've been a player now for over 2 years but getting fed up with having to contact EA all the time with problems

I'm missing Zutroy as well :? Same story, finished the tasks, game messed up, left & came back, got the other prizes (elf, cabin) but no character. Grrr.

Contacted customer support. Was told that EA is aware of this issue and are working to fix it. We all just need to be patient.

marvsamuel264 I also finished every 19 tunnels. Still i got no Zutroy. My Girlfriend played much slower than me but she gets Zutroy without a doubt. Now we have a conflict

Same here. 19 doors no Zutroy. Have 24 elfs, wife has 26 elfs and damn Zutroy.

My mother (id: andreanordico) has got the same problem. She finished all 19 tunnels, but she didn't receive Zutroy...

Heap my name on that list. I was looking forward to Zutroy & completed the tunnel over 2 days ago now. I've deleted & reinstalled the game 3 times with no luck. I've tried to get ahold of ea with no luck. This is my first major (negative) glitch & I must say it's really frustrating.
