New update, it is aware I have no Zoltroy, (you have x time to get), and I still don't get him. Clicking on tunnels doesn't help. Please fix.

User name kwhalen783. Have been missing Zultroy since completing all 19 daily tasks two days ago. I have placed the fever cabin, but cannot locate the new character. When will this bug be fixed? At 9:45 pm (E.S.T.) I got a prompt from the game that I had 14 hours left to get Zultroy for free by finishing the tasks. I double checked and I have in fact finished EVERYTHING but still don't have the new character. What the heck?!?!?

Hi guys, I just found this and it worked a treat for me so just passing on the love!

Go into the christmas tunnel and tap on ALL 19 of the yellow checkmarks (as ridiculous as it sounds just do it)

Exit out and go into your inventory and hopefully Zutroy will be sitting there like he was for me!

Tried it. It didn't work. Still no Zutroy. It's the Fabrege egg all over again!

I've tried everything too, so has my girlfriend. Neither of us have yet to get him.

My husband's missing Zutroy was at the very end of his inventory, he kept checking the beginning of his inventory and didn't realize it was put there at some point. I hope that helps some people

I completed tunnel 19 and like most received the cabin but no Zutroy. Contacted EA helpline and was told the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. Needless to say it's not!

I just contacted ea customer support for the second time. Waiting time is about 30 minutes. But they managed to put Zutroy in my inventory

It's done.

Same issue with Zutroy, after updating and downloading on startup, it bugged the Santa task/ cave. This prevented the recognition of the final task being completed to provide the reward but it still gave cabin.
