Connect Problem?

I also haven't been able to get into my game since last night's update. The EA site says support is off for Christmas, understandably so, but that means this might not get resolved until tomorrow. I sent them an email about my issue, and encourage everyone else to do so as well.

I cannot connect with the Kindle: crash at loading screen. Not really any problems on the iPhone 6. Bummer for the tappers who can't tap.

Just got in! I un-installed and shut my devices down then shut my modem and router down and restarted and re-installed and I am in now! Now I am afraid to close it!

I am SO frustrated. I bought donuts from the Gil sale, , and the app crashed mid-purchase and when I got back in, my donuts weren't there! But of course I got charged for them. Then it crashed again and I haven't been able to get in since. Crashes on me at the splash screen. Tried clearing my cache, restarting, and even reinstalling the some thing. I'm so upset, I haven't even been able to start phase 2 yet.

Just login on other device, worked for me

Tip: never buy donuts in the first few houres of a new event...
Crashes or lock out is high so wait and purchase the day after like me

I don't have another device to log into from. Large pain in the buttox. I've cleared the catch and I reinstalled with no luck... depressing

It's not working for me either.
I bought donits earlier then it reloaded as usual but when I tapped it kicked me out.
I better have my donuts haha

Haven't been able to connect for hours. I can't even get the customer support to let me on to report the problem now. GGGGGGRRRRRRR.........................

I figured it out and was able to finally start Phase 2 and place the cannon.

I had to log into my iPhone6 to do it and say ignore progress on other game [iPad].

Here's what happened: my ipad game bugged out last night and started popping up floating elfves while Homer was still standing on the hatch [true bug]. I thought it was odd but figured the game would sort itself out - I guess this caused the crashing for me this am.

For those with games that crash - try to login on another another device.

I definitely had that bug last night, but did not realize it was a bug. I was tapping those elves, and getting the elves in a bottle before Homer was finished standing on the hatch. I hope that is not what is now causing my game to crash. I guess I should have rushed that task with donuts. I wonder, if those who are in Phase 2 now, and are logging in without issue, did in fact rush this task with donuts? Maybe they unintentionally skipped over this glitch with donuts and avoided this crash? I don't know, seems a little extreme, but it is hard to tell exactly what is causing this widespread crash. So annoying on Christmas Day!!! This was supposed to be my form of entertainment for a few hours today, and now nothing!!

I been at phase 2 for 24 hours I think, played off n on till 4am in between wrapping Santa's presents, (that lazy s.o.b. ) but, I'm unable to get past the splash screen with a force close.




Also running galexy s5.

Phew... Im happy that im not the only one with the game crashing.

I played like 15 minutes today: Got the Duff Tree and Christmas Lard Lad thing. I put Homer & Zutroy on a mission, then the game crashes .

8 hours later still nothing...

Freezes before it loads the game, lame. Maybe EA should sell the game to a company that's competent

Wow that has got to be frustrating!! But at least you were able to log in briefly and get the Xmas prizes for today!! Most of us haven't been able to do that.

But anyway, I was also playing until late last night, 3 AM US Eastern. Thanks to the Santa's Tunnel Tasks, I now know that 3 AM my time is equivalent to 8 AM GMT. So I was wondering if you knew what time GMT, you were playing and then it crashed? Just wondering. . .

My husband's game has crashed all day, but I was able to play. Now I get the "Bart screen"/cannot connect. Maybe they are doing something?

I also got the Bart screen for the first time since I have tried to log in all day. I just hit retry and the donut is still spinning.
