Zutroy glitch fixed for me. He's in my inventory. Did not contact EA.

All these problems remind me of the Good Ole days, year 1 of the game. Glitches and glitches and more glitches. The good thing is they usually fix all the problems eventually. Just have to have a little patience. At least we're still able to play the game, instead of being locked out for weeks or months, or lose your town entirely.

I just checked my inventory again - nothing. I got a warning only a few hours to receive Zutroy.

Update received here too, but absolutely NO Zutroy. Not in inventory or anywhere else.

I just contacted ea customer support for the second time. Waiting time is about 30 minutes. But they managed to put Zutroy in my inventory

It's done.
