Game crashing repeatedly

Same issue. Galaxy S3 "unfortunately, tapped out has stopped working" as soon as you try to start. Minor Christmas ruiner. Don't want to miss out on second half of Christmas stuff. Tried deleting cache and data, this prompted it to update which I thought would sort it, but no luck :-(

No new update, but I finally got back in. It was right at noon here, I had just gotten a notification that Lisa had finished her moral task about the elves, and I was tapping the loading screen with annoyance. I don't know if any of those things made any difference.

First part no problems just misding zuckoy and thats fixed
now game just crashes constantly when trying to log in

Has been happening since last night. Login splash screen appears, tap to open game, "unfortunately, tapped out has stopped working" error. Samsung Galaxy S5.

my husband and I can't get in on our android devices, but my son can get into his on his ipod. I hope this stops soon. We've been trying since 8 am CST

Same here Was working Fine, Then Yesterday i spent LOTS of Doughnuts rushing tasks to try and get the cog generator early, i was about 100 bells away so decided to buy More Doughnuts, it crashed in the middle of buying Doughnuts, and has not loaded since. Really Frustrated Spent ALL them doughnuts to get a head start and now im falling Behind, Not to mention i DO want to buy doughnuts while they are Still on sale.

Yet another victim....been crashing since midnight last night. Not a device issue, my girlfriends iPhone is working fine, and I can't log on her phone. Really tired of waiting for a fix....let's go EA!

Sad to say i am also having the same problem
on my samsung s4 and tab 2
deleted cleared caches. install again and deleted reset devices
same problem

As a keen tapper bug like this suck when theres a target to reach.
hope that Ea solve this soon.

I am also having the same issue. However homer was done the elf cave task hours before this issue started for me.

I hope they fix the issue soon and give extra time to complete phase 2.

Android here, can't log in on 2 devices all day Samsung s4 and tab s. Started homer on the 4 hour task I think it was, sitting on elf cave?

I've had the same problem since last night. Using Kindle Fire.

So what are we supposed to do? Just wait for a fix? Really don't want to reinstall. Wouldn't that erase all my progress and town?

Also having the same problem here. Totally blocked out since last night, about 19 hours now. Still getting notifications for my town, but can't do anything about them - like "Oh, look what's happening in your town... oh wait, you can't see it!"

Patch just came down....and now I'm getting 'cannot connect to server' errors....girlfriend is still tapping away beside me....

Okay, so just ten minutes ago, I gave it another shot and got in. Played for a few minutes and got the boot. So I'm guessing EA is working overtime and gradually turning things around. I'm still locked out but am sure this will be fully resolved shortly.

Just a thought here: Anyone think these troubles are tied to the PSN and XBL DDOS attacks happening since Christmas morning?

Ok I finally got in a little while ago. It was after it said "Updates 3/3 260mbs" or whatever it is.

Guess it's just a delay for different versions.
