You can add me to the list as well. I am on ios 7.1.2 on an iPhone 4S and my game has been crashing since a couple of hours. My spouse can access her game normally.

:shock: I've also got the problem. I logged in and was able to see the updates (there's a conversation between Lisa & Homer about them having saved Christmas) and saw two new premium items; a ski lift & an Ice Palace. Managed to buy (I think!) the ski lift and then it kicked me out and now I can't get past the loading screen! :evil: :evil:

Same here I'm sorry to say. Done a complete uninstall and data reset but no joy. Look like missing out on Xmas Day event. I'd contact EA but just get fobbed off with normal excuses so won't waste my time.

My iPad Mini 2 and iPod Touch 4 both crash at log in. Thanks for the early Xmas present, EA. Glad to know that all the money I've sunk into this game isn't going towards preventing this sort of thing.

Same issue, I had an update when I got on this morning and have not been able to get into the game afterward. I hope something gets done today.

OK, everyone check your game again. I got an in game update that fixed the crashing issue. Make sure you are completely out then go in again and see if you get an update. Good luck!

Yep, been getting the same for the last 30 minutes, logged in around 5 hours ago, got an update, set all my town folk to work as usual for 4 hours, now can't get in, tried on 3 devices all with the same result. Get's past the login stage of the loading screen but donut freezes spinning very quickly then just crashes out, I'm getting the "Your other device didnt log out properly" error as well.

As I was typing this I tried again and got another update pushed, and surprise surprise got a succesfull login, guess they fixed it then.

Hi. I have just seen Gasaraki's post and have checked my Springfield. There is another update and it appears to have worked and I can now get in.

I got an email from EA saying that my case had been closed. I opened the game again and got an update. Now I'm in the game.

Woot. Looks like they pulled the part 2 update... I still see Santa and I don't have any Christmas missions. ='(

Spoke too soon. Quit the game completely again and went back in. Got some quests.

I got a second update tonight and now it crashes every time. Tried to delete my data and it downloaded a lot of data but still the same problem. I guess I'll try an uninstall/reinstall.

Fresh reinstall didn't work. I hope there's another update soon. This really sucks.

Out of the 5 people that play tapped out in my house it only crashes on two of the accounts so far, but it does so on those accounts no matter what device it is tried on!

my game crashes and i didnt recieve my donuts when i made the purchase. it crashed when i got the congratulations screen

when i relogged in no donuts or bonus donuts

Just noting that my game is crashing too. Can't get past the log in screen. Hopefully there'll be a fix soon.
