Mine keeps crashing too. I cannot get past the login screen. Galaxy s5 active.

Having same problem. Also uninstalled and installed bit keeps ccrasing. I miss the second phase!

I'll add to to this. I cannot get past the load screen on my Samsung Galaxi S4 Mini phone and Nexus 7 Tablet without it crashing almost immediately. It happened not long after Part Two began and updates installed.

Game closed itself after login in all my devices (android) reinstall the game docent help.

Same, crashing after latest update after starting phase 2.

After phase 1 my wife's game was crashing to desktop on login.
The update today fixed that, fortunately, but it introduced the same crash into my game (except that I did the first quests of phase2)

Here too, can't get past the log in screen on xperia z1 receive the unfortunately tapped out has stopped working message. Ridiculous situation :evil: :roll:

I was able to get in briefly to progress quests etc. Came back to check in and now both accounts, on multiple devices, crash on loading screen. It's gone from bad to worse. Very disappointing, very EA.

EA, help! i'm having the same problem.
Started happening around 8PM pacific.
Keep getting the "Unfortunately Tapped Out has stopped" crash msg.
Samsung Galaxy S3.
Android 4.4.2

I am also having this problem. In fact, it's my husbands account that is having the issue. I was able to log in to my account on my Kindle fire. His account will not log in, and now the app will not even load on the phone at all. I have cleared cache, cleared memory, reset settings, and uninstalled/reinstalled, but his account will not log in. Please fix this, EA. Geez. What a terrible time to abandon your customers with a defective update.

Crashing on loading screen on my Galaxy s3 and Tab 2 10.1 at the same place on both. Right after the tap to login. Partner is able to visit my town, so it's not glitched. Just put Homer on a the tunnel opening and went to Krustyland. Got the tree and Lard Lad skin and tried to go back to Springfield, and bam! I haven't been able to load my town since.

Just a question, how many also had the Zutroy bug? I did.

My Springfield is crashing as well, multiple devices. I was trying to log in expecting Homer to have completed his tunnel-guarding task.
