Is it possible to get the required bells?

As you upgrade the cannon you can fire more elves so getting more bells pes shot, you can also shorten the cool down time so you can fire it quicker thus even more bells increasing the amount you get each day, well I think that's how it's supposed to work, only time will tell.

You'll be able to cut the cannon cooldown from 4h to 2.5h, the elves per shot from 9 to 13(?) and the bells per elf from 3 to don't know, so if you login regularly to catch elves, clear handshakes on cannon and tunnel and tap the cannon 3 times, plus going for cannons ande elf tunnnels in neighbor town since they pay double, you will be able to finish.

It was possible to get all the Christmas Phase 1 prizes without using donuts.
It was possible to get all the Halloween prizes without using donuts.
It was also possible to get all the Stonecutters prizes without using donuts.
Therefore, it seems like there is a good chance that it will be possible to get the Phase 2 prizes without using donuts.

Thanks for that, I did think of that, but it is taking an incredible amount of time to upgrade the cannon. Also elves dont rejuvinate fast enough. By the next cannon fire, I will have no elves left in reserve. So even if we can get more bells per fire, you still need to get the elves to begin with (not to mention getting the cogwheels to be able to upgrade)......

I could be wrong but it looks like it will be hard to get......

The 200 quest payouts are generous to start with. Getting ahead now decreases the number per day you will need to collect in the future.

My event started late with the near 24 hour outage and I did not get x amount of bells on day 1, but I am now ahead after just a few days.

Log in frequently to catch the elves. I ended up with a glut at the beginning which has not yet depleted. Also been able to upgrade cannon twice today getting alot of cogs from frequent log-ins. Now I have the elf zapper should be that little bit easier!

I'm behind right now and am always ahead on these things. However I think as we go instead of a flat earnings there is an increasing curve so I suspect everyone who plays regularly enough will end up ahead not too long into the phase.

Though it's a little misleading because it looks like it's evenly divided the bells between each day, whereas in reality your earning power will rise as you upgrade the cannon. So it's probably ok to be behind the chart a little at first, as long as you keep upgrading and catch up later.

I got the 4th prize way earlier today, so 4 prizes left and 16 days? I think it's doable. What it took me three days? to get the first 4.

Yes, it's definitely possible. I started the event about half a day late, I haven't been on much because of family stuff on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and work on Boxing Day, so basically I've just been playing for a little bit when I wake up and a little bit in the evening, and I'm 500 bells over the goal for today. And it's only going to get easier as the cannon levels up.

I would've liked the drive in theatre to give you a few bells for playing the happy little elves movie. The elf tunnels don't appear to do anything when I tap the elf face. Are the elves placed randomly in your town or something?

The Halloween event wasn't that clear cut for everyone, but overall you're right.

It shouldn't be too difficult to get all the prizes for this phase. Just sign in at least 4 times a day and you'll be fine.

The Elf Bells? Yes - I should clear mine with 6+ days to spare (going by my spreadsheet).

The cannon upgrades, however, are another story. You need 6,875 Cogs in total to upgrade to Level 20, and I'm currently Level 7 (425 Cogs spent in total). To get to Level 20, I'll now need just over 400/day (so double what I've currently been finding).
