Two days, still no donuts

I purchased the boatload of donuts (with the extra 720) on Friday morning, but still haven't received them.

When I went through the on-line chat with EA they eventually said that there was a problem with the servers, and that my donuts should show up in the next two days.

They never gave me the phone number for EA support, and I can't find it on their page, so if someone knows what it is please post it here.

    Thanks, but i've been through the online stuff. What I need is a phone number which isn't listed on the help page.

    help.ea.com has the option of Live Chat or phone call. A call is more effect & will come from, probably, the new center in Austin, TX by staff who play TSTO.

    They do have a direct phone number to their offices in California, but I've posted it before and it was deleted. Last time I had an issue, I simply googled their direct phone number and received better results than you would probably believe.

    Seriously.

    Guess it's not just me. I am also missing my donuts from the Gil sale too. I have the receipt in my email and everything. I only had time to contact them direct from the receipt. I'll have to super investigate late today. UGH :evil:

    Seriously.

    The direct number now has a message stating to go to the web site, I believe, where you can choose a call back as one of the options. That may be why it was removed.

    The last time I called, I tried a toll free number that only had a recording to go to a site. The number I then called, as if I were calling a friend that worked there and I was just down the street (meaning with a California area code) was EA's front door basically. That may have changed since a few months ago though.

    I was literally still on the phone with EA's rep there when 2 specialists called me back.

    Same problem here not seeing any donuts yet. I opened a ticket a few hours ago. But it is sunday and they may have a small staff working today.

    When I contacted support, the person told me he couldn't fix it for me, and that we have to wait for the development team to fix it. I wouldn't bother calling unless everyone else starts receiving their donuts and you don't.

    I'm awaiting resolution of the same issue and got the same response when I contacted EA support yesterday. My plan is to wait until Tuesday morning before I contact them again, assuming they don't fix the issue on Monday. No sense in complaining again before the developers have a chance to look into the issue. Seeing as it affected paying customers (possibly lots of them) I expect it will be a/the top priority on Monday.

    I am pretty sure the game will not just decide to award you the donuts after an update to fix bugs, regardless of what a rep told you. The purchase didn't take. This problem happens a lot, and it happened to me a year ago. If you do get the donuts, I think it'll be because they took down your info to reimburse you.

    If the sale were still going on right now, I'd tell you to buy the donuts again, then request a refund for the first transaction from Apple or Google.

    No harm in waiting until Tuesday, but you will need to be persistent with them to get your donuts. Sorry about this :( and good luck

    After you email EA with all needed info, call them here VVVV for best results (this worked perfectly for me about 3 months ago).

    Thanks to everyone suggestions here I just got all of my donuts. I had them call me and it took just a few min and they were there.

    I hope everyone got their donuts. Same thing happened to me, I did live chat Saturday morning (took 2 hours in the que!) and got my boatload and they even through in an extra 60 donuts. :D

    How long does it usually take for a call back?

    Is over an hour and a half typical wait time for a phone call? :( (still waiting)

    Good luck, i got some and it took me 48hrs of non stop trying 2 get what i paid 4. Bad thing i missed what i wasaiming 4.
