    Try going into Battery>Battery saver and uncheck Bluetooth while keeping the Battery saver on.

    That might help. The Battery Saver turns off BT to save battery life.

    Not sure if it will help, but if it doesn't, you could always try to reset the bluetooth "app" itself. Go to Settings, tap the More tab > tap Application manager > view ALL > Bluetooth share > Clear data or Clear cache. That might help. You probably will have to pair your devices again but it's still better than a factory reset.
