Seriously I am really getting frustrated with this and I really want it fixed now. Many of us are trying are very hardest to collect bells in order to get as many Christmas items as we can but because of this it looks like we won't be able to get any. We have missed out on bells for several hours now.

EA I hope you will fix this very soon and compensate use for the hours we lost and the bells we couldnt gain.

Hi I also live in the UK and I too am suffering with this issue. However please be patient. EA only have a few staff in to cover the whole network of games / issues over the holidays. EA was hacked over Christmas so this is still causing issues. It will be fixed as soon as they are able. it obviously is not a straight forward fix or it would have been sorted out by now. :-)

They should be back to full staff on Monday 5th Jan. :-)

Hi. I also live in the UK and I'm having the same cannot connect to server problem. I haven't been able to get on at all today. I have also lost Sideshow You. Hope I still make enough elf bells!!!

I live in the states and can not connect to the server!

EA has had a long time to fix this (it's been happening repeatedly). So aggravating!

Same issues in Central U.S. Cannot connect to server. There should be compensation when service is restored. Losing real money here !

You know I am starting to wonder if this is EA's way of forcing people to buy doughnuts. Because this seems to happen a lot during time base holiday games.

Think about it: You are planning a game and an event comes up that gives you a certain amount of time to get all you need to get the prizes, Then the game has server issues which cuts us out of our time. Making it harder if not impossible to get all the prizes without the use of Doughnuts. Seems pretty fishy to me.

cannot connect to server again...when will this ever get fixed...how do they expect us to be able to collect our bells and elves in jars if we can never get in...I wish they would get this fixed soon...and geez at least give up some free bells and elves in jars...

i have seen this bug as well it makes the game unplayable the few times i was able to log into the game i was sent out of the game to "synchronise" with the server about once every 2-4 minutes


when i can not load the game i get screen with Bart holding a coaxial cable and a box saying lost connection with a tab/button under it saying retry when clicked 9 out of 10 times it tries and fails to reconnect to the game server after that i get a wait of a span of time then i am back at the box and tab stating loss of sever retry

glitch started as far as i can tell with the part 2 of the 2014 Christmas update aka the update with the shooting of the elves out of the cannon aporx date of glitch start 12-26-2014



ea games FIX THE GLITCH ASAP OR RISK THE LOSS OF A LOT OF PEOPLE

I at least ask they live the free donuts questline around a bit longer, since I was just able to start it but haven't done any quest yet, since Homer was on an outside task.

Really sick and tired of ongoing issues with Tapped Out! When I played Nindendo I could keep playing. I spent a lot of money on Tapped Out and too often get the death screen of Bart. Plus have to wait to retry over and over again. Plus lately visiting Neighbors brings me back to app page over and over again. What a rip off!
