Petition: Elf Bells Compensation Please EA

We have all been unable to play for several hours resulting in a huge loss of Elf Bells.

This is a petition to get Elf Bells compensation.

I will be the first to sign:

Dear EA, due to a huge server error I have been unable to play the game for several hours which has resulted in me losing out on Elf Bells. Therefore I believe that I should be entitled to receive a compensation of Elf Bells.

If you want to try please open a ticket with EA. But I don't think you will get any as the server issues were not caused by EA. :-)

    I can not get the elf bottler to work, does anyone else have this problem?

    I also am not getting the elves required for leveling up both on prices and cogwheels/canon.. At the rate i am going i will need the complete month of january to complete the levels....... And i play (if the servers are up) every two hours... Not good EA

    Well I did say that I would let everyone know so here it is. I sent my ticket in and got this back:



    "Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

    I understand that you have contacted us regarding the connectivity issue which you were facing while tried to login in the The Simpsons: Tapped Out game. We have been receiving similar kind of contacts from other players as well. We're sorry for not being able to correct this instantly.

    I have checked for the recent updates and found that our engineers have already resolved the issue.

    I have also added 15 Donuts in your game account for the inconvenience caused due to this issue. It can definitely help you to make some quick progress in the game.

    Please use the correct Email ID of your game account and follow the below steps-

    Start the Simpsons Tapped Out app
    - Tap the Login in Origin button in the bottom left corner
    - Type in your Origin Email address and tap Continue
    - Type in your Password and tap Log In
    - Tap the main screen to log in

    If you receive error " Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign into that device before playing." while login into the game.

    Please clicked 'play Now' and "Continue" even though it said progress would be lost and ignore this error message prompt. You will not loose any data.

    This case will get closed automatically , However, if the problem is not yet fixed please let us know on this very same case id # 16603242."

    So I got free donuts :)
