Donuts and what to buy

Prev1
Am looking for a character or building to spend some donuts on before Homer finds out I have them.

Must be a paying item.

Any suggestions?

Or should I swap them for notes?

Swap for in game cash??!! :hunf:

Get a building that includes a character.

    293 donuts is the limit.

    Which characters come with buildings.

Also considering the big wheel on the pier.

Don't know who you have but my suggestion would be Otto and Frink.

Akira is always a good choice - premium character, building, and free bonsais. And he's cheap!

Otto and Frink are popular. I also like Luann (Cracker factory is meh, but you get fleet-a-pita and a premium 8-hr job for Kirk).

I recommend Akira as well. I wasn't impressed by the Xmas offering so I picked up his combo a few days ago. Nice looking building and he produces unlimited bonsai trees.

What do the bonsai trees do?

So far I have chosen the Springfield Mall.

    293 donuts is the limit.

Use them to speed up the payout at the Simpson house 146 times.

    Trust me on this.

I think bonsai trees would help the tree hugging rating. I just like them around my SF. Akira also has some good visual tasks as well.

I have never regretted getting Hank Scorpio or Duffman.

Otto is a must. Other good choices might be frink, duffman, crazy cat lady, disco stu.

Only burns has a joint task with Smithers on the big wheel

I'd recommend Crazy Cat Lady, she always looks funny lurking around Springfield.

If King Winter is still available, he's worth the donuts IMO. Good 12 and 24 hours tasks.

Bonsai trees give tree hugging rating. They're normally premium (12 donuts), but no % boost. Still, they look cool, and Akira creates them for free (just have to go through 3x12hr task cycle).

Seriously though. There have been some good suggestions. I'm a big fan of Frink, so I'd say him.

Get what makes YOU happy, OP. At the end of the day, you're going to be the one who has to look at it.
If you're concerned about which items improve your rating and how, check out wiki. This is also a good place to see sizes of properties, visual tasks of characters, and other valuable info that will help with the decision process.

As above, get what ever you fancy with your donuts, best value personally is a building with a character but only you know what characters you favour and are the best for you, if you really enjoy it you'll probably end up with a few more donuts by some means(purchase, scratch cards, you might be lucky and get the jackpot) to get the others that you want.
