I like to put a "slop pen" behind my restaurants, where the trash cans go and get cleaned out.

Put a dumpster, couple trash cans, maybe a bomb shelter made to look like an external walk in freezer (hide the nuke symbol) and fence it all in with privacy fence.

People who have ever worked in a restaurant know what I mean.
