I picked ****. It was the only event that I actually stopped playing. I actually considered whether or not I was growing tired of the game. I am glad that I did stick around. I got all the prizes during Easter, so it doesn't leave a bad memory for me. I did have to spend 50 donuts, but I didn't think that was too bad.

Bet this is gonna be a nail biter. (Not.)

You might want to run a follow-up poll, asking what was the SECOND worst event. :)

Yep. Easter was evil. It was blatently obvious who was behind that event.

For me the one I hated playing most had the best prizes, and the one that bored me the most (****) had a lot of stuff I didn't want - so ****. Can I just say that Shary Bobbins was supposed to "fly" around your Springfield so getting her was a bit of a kick in the teeth because she just floats like any of the balloon decorations -

    I'm DREADING Valentine's.

Wow, everyone really hated Easter. I wasn't playing yet at the time, so I can't say. I voted for the ****. I didn't hate it, but it didn't have much to do with The Simpsons, and it dragged on for waaaaaaaay too long.

I've only played through three events. Although **** went way too long and had nothing to do with The Simpsons, all the glitches for Christmas 2014 (i.e. Glitchmas) got old real fast and took away from an otherwise fun event... so Christmas.

I've been playing TSTO since October 2013, and lurking here just as long. I have to go with the majority vote on this one. Easter was exciting, the new prizes one could potentially win...but I found myself spending tons of donuts with the opportunity to try for Shari Bobbins, I was a exceedingly annoyed. I managed to procure all prizes during the event except Shari and that's because I was done spending money.

**** was ok...I enjoyed visiting random towns, and the event was so laid back, it was easy. I just hope there isn't a future update that makes Easter 2014 look like Wonka's Factory.

**** was too long but I didn't care. It did not really bother me. It wasn't a great event but soooo easy for newbies and I had a few RL friends who I just got addicted to tapping then.
Easter takes the cake for me. As per everyone else, the frustration of no matter how hard I worked, I just couldn't get all the prizes. I actually had a feeder town going back then and it bad blue commons and my main had pinks. That didn't even help :(

Easter all the way. You could grind for 24 hours straight (I did) and still not get enough Gold eggs to spin the premium prize wheel.

The only realistic way to get the eggs you needed was to swap your common colour egg in a neighbours basket, except no body had any baskets, especially when people started to go for the Faberge egg which stopped free baskets dropping.

I spent over 700 donuts on baskets for my neighbours to use and all I got was 50% of whatever they changed. Managed to get the last prize with less than 48 hours to go (700 donuts and only just get the last prize!).

So to people saying **** was the worst because it was too easy, try sitting up all night and still not getting a prize at the end of it. **** was relaxing.

On the other hand I loved Wacking Day. There were no restrictions on how many eggs you could drop into a friends town. This meant you could go and dump 200 eggs into a neighbours town and get them over the line for a prize. Heck one of my neighbours with a large empty area found swear words written in eggs the result of a few people independently deciding to do it! (His response was to rearrange the eggs to tell us exactly what he thought!).

    Edit: Poor speeling

Not only were a few people short on baskets the ones we did have glitched on occasion. Don't hate me for saying this, but I find all the glitching endearing and it gives us something to discuss. P.S. I am not endorsing Easter by this comment.

**** irritated me a lot. I felt like it was such a waste of time for a big giant ad that had nothing to do with The Simpsons. It was like I had the Fruit of the Loom fruits chasing me around during my daily life, making me go out of the way to do things to remind me to get ****-tighties that I don't need or want. For a long time. And getting in my face if I don't comply.

But this Christmas event that just ended was pretty ridiculous. 2 weeks of prizes to earn and not enough time to earn in. It wasn't very balanced. Both weeks, I barely got the second to last prize before that week's event ended. I was doing everything short of buying donuts to finish it. My husband did even worse. By the end, I wanted to nuke Springfield again just to rid the world of those freaking elves and Christmas! The Elf Finder thing was a pain in the **** to use. You couldn't get cog wheels fast enough. I only upgraded my elf cannon to 14 or 15. That elf cannon though, that was nice - rocketing those little elf jerks out of the town. I don't know. I was just annoyed with the way things went for this. I felt like I didn't have a chance from the beginning and the mediocre prizes were harder to get than it should have been. (Ok, the Ralph elf costume is pretty cute, actually.) Halloween was set up similarly, but I enjoyed the Halloween event. It was challenging, but I was able to get everything (or almost everything, I can't remember now). It was more balanced than this event. I might be the only one that thinks these things though.

Easter was so bad. I was elated when I got the stupid catholic priest because he was playable and actually semi-useful. Literally the only prize I was pleased with with that event and in the grand scale of prizes, it was pretty bad.

Three colored currencies, three prize boxes, one of the currencies requires winning several times at the other two boxes, multiple glitches, baskets that could lower your currency with an accidental tap, and no winning currency until you finished a task that required a random drop that could take days or weeks

Only one event had everything that the forum deemed to be bad for an event: Easter 2014.

Still the Scottish Event/MacBeth event/Event that shall not be named (first two terms credited to JohnColumbo and Neuroheart, for those who are curious) gets my vote. I shudder still when I think of the grind/frustration of those boxes (technically 3 wheels disguised as something else).

Glitchmas (thanks again to JohnColumbo for the term) was doable. The prizes weren't the greatest ever, but I still really liked most of what we got. And we got a lot of prizes. And two decorations for free as a gift from EA. That was nice too. The server issues sucked, but that was not EAs doing. But it was pretty glitchy (hence John's term).

Stonecutters was the best, iny opinion, although I know of people who did not like the dynamics. But it was a classic event based on a classic episode! Prizes were all obtainable if you put the work in - great prizes and skins!

I voted Easter. Was it even possible to get everything in that event without spending donuts?
Technically, but I know of about two people who did. All my neighbors with all the prizes spent many donuts. (I tapped my fingers off and missed four of the major prizes.)

Yes. A lot of donuts were lost to obtain the "prizes." I got all of the "prizes" only because of donuts. They should not use the word "prize" if it cannot be obtained unless you use donuts. That's a "premium item" in my opinion.

I used many donuts, but I also was a lot luckier than a lot of people in actually getting the prizes. Again, I actually got the fabreg? egg naturally (no donuts spent) about 3 or 4 bunnies after the quest line made it available. Many people spent a lot of donuts and didn't get everything. Another reason why it will most likely remain the worst event in my opinion.

This. Exactly this. Premium items are great, but they should be labeled as such. I think many people feel deceived when a premium item is labeled a prize.

The top level cannon this Glitchmas got the same complaint. The gold band was a premium item under the facade of earnability through cog collection. At least that's just one skin for one item, not as bad as the multiple items last spring, but it's still understandably frustrating.
