If you go into your building menu, you can tap roads, buildings, and decorations to be able to see him easier and your Springfield

I usually put away "non-cannon" characters & only have them walking around for an event or something. Like the zombies, they only come out on Halloween. And I don't recognize this two-nicorn at all, don't know if it's from a dream or Halloween episode or what.
