Episode tie-in is likely for the next episode(big guest star in Elon Musk), I assume on Tuesday they will release Level 49 as well.

I hope they do something fresh this year and skip the Valentine's update, don't get me wrong it's nice and all but something new is also welcomed.

That already happened. Matt Groening and the mutant bunny. There were apparently "some legal issues" with anything else. I'd love to have Bender and the gang, but I wouldn't count on it.
