Cannot Add or Remove Boardwalk Tiles

Log out. Quit the game.

Close the game completely.
For iOS: double tap the home button and swipe the app up off screen (older iOS tap and hold app icon, tap red dash)
For Android: Tap Background Apps button (the square to the right of the Home button) then swipe app off screen.

Turn your device off. Wait 15 to 30 seconds. Turn your device back on.

Un-install the game.

Turn your device off. Wait 15 to 30 seconds. Turn your device back on.

Re-install the game.

See if that works and let us know the outcome.

While I've not heard of problems with having added tiles vanish, I am familiar with an issue where tiles cannot be targeted in edit mode - this is typically caused when a hack is used to give tiles to someone who doesn't have the Squidport Entrance built yet. So there is a link between the entrance and how the tiles work - and that may be related to your problem. I would suggest storing your entrance and placing it again. If that doesn't work, wadebear's suggestion to reinstall the game might, in case it's just your installation that is mis-behaving (could test on another device to confirm). If that still doesn't fix it, your only hope is to contact EA support: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=the-simpsons-tapped-out

Thanks for the advice wadebear and elbyron! Unfortunately uninstall/reinstall did not work.. I have 17 hours left on building a boardwalk tile (Takes 3 days to complete) so I will try elbyron's suggestion when that has finished.. I'll hope for the best! Thanks again! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I want to know why after 150 board walk sections it says I cannot build more I have made the maximum. But my neighbor has 350 made! It's been a year since I could make a new one. I keep checking, but I keep getting the same message.

1. There was a glitch a while back that allowed people to create extra boardwalk tiles.

My Boardwalk is full and they keep adding buildings for it. EA allow us to make more sections! Charge a doughnut a piece if you must. I've already given you $600 into this game, I think I should be able to make more!
