Everyone's rude because the last three people in a row were rude to her, so consequently she is in a foul mood toward you and becomes one of YOUR three rude people, which makes you rude. Call it paying it forward.

@matt, it's fun to visit, because then you get to go home afterwards

IF I ever visit, I'll make sure to look you up so you can be my bodyguard. I'll need someone to yell obscenities at the crazy people while I'm huddled on the ground in a fetal position.

Whatever you do, don't use an elevator from the street to a train station...learned that the hard way.
I can only imagine the horrors awaiting you in there

I think the finest tradition we have in Orlando is b*tching about the tourist drivers even though 90% of our jobs rely on tourists in general. With our major highway about to be under like a 5 year "improvement plan" Sitting in traffic is about to become a local hobby.

I couldn't imagine what it'd be like living next to Disney. Still expensive, but at least easily accessible.

It's not so bad, but there's definitely some blowing snow. The wind is worse than the snow right now. Brrrrr.

Well, that applies to most of the state. But if you're in the worst of it, and currently experiencing a storm, then I bet a famous Broadway musical also spreads false information about your place of residence...:lol:

Tried searching online for what you were talking about, but no luck.

All I can come up with is Chicago... Definitely don't live there.

My area does lay claim to one of the best, in my opinion at least, sports movies of all time.

    Should be obvious now. :P

    Watching is easier than explaining...

Makes the time I got "screeched in" in Newfoundland seem pretty tame. I will say, Yukon, I never pictured you with a salt and pepper beard...

One of Toronto's favourite traditions is building unnecessary subways thanks to nincompoops that we elect mayor. We're about to start work on our second!

    Oh yeah, and this...

Aw, shucks. Here I was about to go watch Hoosiers, which immediately came to mind today. Especially since the final game in that movie is played in Hinkle Fieldhouse (Butler University) and Butler is my favorite college basketball team ever. And later today, they play against my husband's Alma Mater. (Villanovan. ptui). So Butler is on my mind today, and Hoosiers is an awesome movie. So how's that for convoluted reasoning?

I'd watch, but I'll be at work. :?

Off to work! Jae, I'll keep an eye out for you.
