    Oh, spare me.
    From Radioactive Man wiki:

The Superior Squad is a fictional superhero group led by Radioactive Man. Other members include Purple Heart, Captain Squid, Lure Lass, Weasel Woman, Bug Boy, Plasmo and sometimes Purple Haze. The group has stayed mostly stable throughout the comics, and at varying times, they've spoofed the Justice League, the Avengers, the X-Men, and the cast of Watchmen.

Also, the licenses have pretty much always cost 90 donuts.

Thanks, great info. As you said, No.4 neighbors visiting your town is the most unpredictable part for me with "town in last half of the alphabet" syndrome. No whining, just have to be diligent with the other parts you outlined above :)

Any reason why Part I is so short compared to the others?

This has hit Kindle users very hard because Amazon were around 6 hours (I think) behind other providers in adding the update to their store.

My update only started properly a little over 24 hours ago and with such a short time span, it's really killed my chances of completing.

Just a guess but I'm thinking because it's so easy to acquire rods that they don't anticipate people missing out. I work full time and I've still been able to average 5,500 per day
which has me worried that the next issues will not be as
    easy.

It doesn't seem like I'm getting 15 per criminal. I'll have to watch that carefully and see if there's really something off there.

I tried to calculate how much Rods a dedicated tapper should earn each day. There are quite some sources to gain rods:

    1.      Tapping criminals
This is by far the biggest source. Each criminal gives you 15 rods. They should spawn at a rate of 1 criminal each 5 minutes (which is 12 per hour). I read that the maximum of criminals in you town is 30, but I tried to count this morning the criminals when tapping them after a night, and I think I got 58 of them (so my guess is that I missed 2 and a town can contain 60 of them). If my guess is right, if you login at least once every 5 hours, you don’t miss a single criminal. If you leave your town during the night for 9 hours (from 11 pm till8 am) you miss the criminals of the first 4 hours, so you can get the criminals for 20/24 hours. This gives you 15 rods x 12 per hour x 20 hours = 3600 rods per day

    2.      Visiting friends: report crime
Tapping the phones in your friends SF gives you 1 rod per phone. If you have a full friend list with active friends, you will find phones in most towns. Let’s say that you find each day 95 friends with active phones, this gives you 95 x 3 = 255 rods

    3.      Visiting friends: tapping criminals
The first 30 friends you visit give you 3 rods for each criminals you tap. This gives you 30 x 3 x 3 = 270 rods a day. If you buy the superior squad membership (90 donuts), this is doubled (540 rods a day)

    4.      Friend visits in your town
If a friend visits you, you get rods by tapping the yellow thing. If you tap it during the first 4 hours, you get 4 rods, if you tap it after 4 to 8 hours you get 3 rods, if you wait 8 till 12 hours you get 2 rods and if you wait more than 12 hours you get 1 rod. Here, it’s difficult to predict how much you will earn. I have a good friend list with active friends. My estimate is that 2/3rd of my friends (65 friends) will visit me every day. If I have each day 40 friends that I can detect within 4 hours, 20 friends that I detect within 4 to 8 hours and 5 friends that I detect within 8 till 12 hours, I will earn (40 x 3 x 4) + (20 x 3 x 3) + (5 x 3 x 2) = 690 rods each day

    5.      Superheroes headquarters
This building generates each 4 hours rods. You can upgrade the building to get more, so the earnings will increase. Let’s say that you get at this moment 75 rods each time, and you clear the building 4 times a day, you earn 300 rods per day

    6.      Daily bonus combo
    This pays out in rods now. In 5 days time you get 10 + 20 + 50 + 100 + 250 = 430 rods, which gives an average of 86 per day

    7.      Tasks.
Pieman, Fall Out Boy, Fruit Bat Man, Spiderpig and Petroleus Rex can give you extra rods when doing tasks. Also, once you get the prison you can earn extra rods by chasing the felons. It’s not clear yet for me how much you can earn each day this way but with Pieman and Fall Out Boy alone you will easily get 50 rods per day. Probably, as the event continues and new skins and characters come available, we will get more with all kind of tasks

So for a dedicated freemium tapper, you should get about this number of rods per day:

    Tapping criminals : 3600
    Visiting friends – report crime : 255
    Visiting friends – tapping criminals : 270
Friend visits in your town : 690
    Superheroes headquarters : 300
    Daily bonus combo : 86
    Tasks : 50

TOTAL : 5251 rods per day

Issue 1 lasts for 5 full days (I’m using European times, I didn’t take feb 18 into account as the event started in the evening, and don’t take feb 24 into account as it ends in the morning) so you need to get 18500/5 = 3700 rods a day. So it won’t be that difficult to reach.

Issue 2 and issue 3 each last for 14 days. There you will need 55000 pie bombs (this is nearly 4000 a day) and 61500 freeze rays (this is nearly 4400 a day). If items are given at the same rate, these will also be feasible, especially since the earnings from the superheroes headquarters and the tasks will increase.[code]

Thanks for this information. It really helps.

Just hoping you can give us this kind on info for the following sections, pies, guns and whatever is the currency for the last part. I know, I know, greedy!

    THANKS!!!

To be honest this is just like other events, the bulk seems to always come from destroying whatever is invading the town...except that horrid event from April of last year, seems like that that currency came from the kindness of others

there should be 2 carbon rod icons drop from each felon, one of them will scroll saying '+10 carbon rods' and the other will scroll saying '+5 carbon rods' when you click on each felon. I am not certain about the 12 per hour, but I have not taken the time to count.
