Given past patterns, I would think Carl will be a premium character. More Factory Workers -- yay! Now we need more barflies. I already have ideas for where to place Buddist Temple, Camp Krusty, Hal Roach Apartments (assuming that building will be offered), and even the Magnifying Glass (need to save up for that...). Mt. Carlson, though? Not so much.

Mount Carlmore will be premium. And Hal Roach Apartments if we ever see it.

The reason I think Mount Carlmore will be the premium, is because lately all the premium items have been vanity items. Police cars, Tetherball, Leprechaun etc all vanity items to add bonus percentage. I have a bunch of donuts saved for a good character/building.

According to TSTO wiki Lenny and Carl are unlocked via Springfield Buddhist Temple and Mt. Carlmore is premium (120 donuts) .

I went looking. It seems to be a pc program which allows you to plug in your idevice and read the app files.
