What if? . . . Brilliant or idiotic . . . Not sure

We already get donuts from leveling beyond the level cap.

The only real advantage here would be being able to go through the quest lines again - why not just let us repeat quests?

Let me just say that this will never happen and that I would never want it to happen.

Personally it's not something I'd fancy doing, don't really fancy doing the old quests over again just for something to do.

    ^^ THIS ^^

Though I think the OP meant something along the lines of what COD would do with prestige level ups. I don't think this is the right game for that though.

Upside: get all the donuts from leveling up again. Homer telling us how crazy we are for wanting to waste our lives doing this all again. The first few levels would need to be updated to have it make sense going through again.

Downside: leveling up again in higher levels will be harder becuase we will not get the building experience.

Just trying to think of an activity during new levels other than the simple 3 donuts for experience.

What do you think? Brilliant or idiotic???
would the town become nuked? as the first levels like 1-6 are tutorial levels and require you to build things, and in a pacific area. i personaly just start a new town when i want to repeat stuff or feel like redesigning, i only nuked my main town becuase something became corrupted and i had coice to deal with tech suport or fix myself.

I'm not really a fan. Why bother repeating them? :-\

The only point of levelling is to get things so this idea is totally pointless.

This is basically just nuking your town mixed in with an old idea of revisiting the quests...I don't think it's a good idea.

The idea of something to signify you have gone beyond the maximum level would be interesting though.

It's like prestiging in Call of Duty, in a way. If there was a way to show you've done this, I'm sure people will.

But in CoD, there's always a level cap. In TSTO, new levels come out from time to time. I'm sure someone would prestige, a new level would come out, and they'd be all upset they're only at level 12 instead of 50. :)

We already have a nuke button, which can restart your town, keeping everything you've obtained. You can pull it whenever you would like.
