When will crafting end?

From my understanding the crafting will finish with the end of issue 3.

You should have till 3 am est Tuesday.

They don't appear randomly. You only get cuffs after fully defeating a felon. You don't get any for depleting their first two hearts.

Thanks guys. I have spent 15 donuts to speed up the Zenith City Times.

By the way, should I used donuts to speed up Collider since there's only a few more hours left in Issue 3?

you'd have to speed them up anyway later cause felons and criminals disappear tomorrow though i'd wait for the last minute to collect the most possible before spending donuts

Well that's frustrating. Though I played daily I was overseas for most of this event and could only log on about twice a day when I had wifi. I'm so close! I just need 2 capes, which I'll get easily, and 4 handcuffs. I'll only get two. If they'd give me one more day... I'm also about 11K shy of the collider, so that for sure isn't happening.
