Inspired by all this new mystery box chatter, I just went and bought one.

I spent 6 of my precious cache of 76 pink sprinklies,



And got another newspaper dispenser.

I got an Itchy & Scratchy Billboard from my first (new) box. Way better than a crummy fence or pond. It does fit nicely in with my Krustylu Studios.

As nice as the change is I'm not so sure if I'd actually spend the 6 donuts to do it again. I'd probably get a joke prize like a pond or Chalmer's _ONDA car. I would never get something like the tire fire and I already have most of the characters offered in it.

edit: after posting this went a little crazy!

20+ boxes, but still no lard lard.
but got every other prize and increased my overall multiplier to 110%.

I bought 12 boxes, to check whats in it. And i noticed i got the same items twice in a row, i got 10 donuts the first time, lard lads donuts after that, second time 10 donuts and again lard lads donuts... how many of LLD can you have? I thought 1 LLD per town? But now i have 2...

I bought 14 and one was free. Got 2 billboards, 2 vans, 10 donuts, 30 donuts, tire fire, BHL and Lard Lad along with 6 meh prizes. 9 out of 15 !!!. Stopped buying boxes when I got LL. Awesome haul for a net cost of only 44 donuts.

So you bought 29 Mystery boxes in your main town and got all those items?? That's a great deal. mystery boxes cost 6 donuts right? So you spent 174 donuts and got all those items with 150 donuts awarded? That sounds great
