Once again I have lost almost 100 of my characters, this happened to me in January. I'm working with EA to resolve this, however it isn't going as smoothly this time.
I haven't visited my Neighboreenos or cleared my town for the last few days, when I go into my town it looks like a ghost town.
And now there is a level update! And I'm missing it! :evil:

You have my sympathy. I haven't been able to play since part of my town went missing. EA rolled my game back to last Monday - then said they didn't want to roll it back any further so placed the missing items in my inventory late last night.
I am (fingers crossed) getting back to normal now. EA help have been excellent throughout - very understanding (one said she plays tsto too), charming (another said they thought I seemed like "a really nice person") - and super apologetic.
