level 51 to 52 lost XP bonus

There is no level 52. If you are in the current top level of the game and fill up your XP bar you should get a chance at Bonus Donuts. You can win 1, 2, or 3 donuts. Once that happens your XP bar resets, then you work toward the next set of bonus donuts.

You can try contacting Customer Support using the link near the bottom of this page. They might be able to help you (or at least give you a donut). I can't make any promises though.
