Monsarno Level 23
Herbicide Level 15
Opera Stage 9
Fertilizer 13372
Corn 19148
DNA 2614
Masks 8445
Musical Notes 10264
Prizes end in 9d 01h 08m
Crafted: Farmers Market, Smokehouse, Gas and Grub, Welcome Bob Sign
Crafting in order: Houseboat, Homer Decoy, Cane Field, Flower Wall and Cactus Patch
A few observations:
Opera Stage 9 is definitely as far as you need to go before starting crafting.
DNA is the hardest to accumulate.
With 100+ characters, 4000+ Masks a day is doable.
Visiting friends isn't necessary and I'm saving my green blobs to help neighbors at end who need a boost.
Fun event because it's fair. If you grind away you can finish what you want, unlike the not to be named recent event which almost made me quit this game.
Crafted so far:
- Cane field
- Farmers Market
- Gas & Grub
Based on my projected moving average I should be able to craft everything I still want at least once, though it will be tricky for D & M. For this reason I've decided to no longer invest in upgrading. I should make it with current settings projected till the end of the event.
The cells with Bold, Italic and Underlined content is calculated based on the moving average of the previous 3 days.
If I skip Homer Decoy (and I probably will), there is no issue at all in getting everything I want.
Just got the boathouse, now working towards the decoy and the welcome Bob sign as don't really worry about the cactus patch and the other plant box (have the cane field though)
I have
Fertilizer: 43k
Corn: 28k
DNA: 13k
Masks: 1580
Upgraded my theater to 9 to get the last set of tasks, now Im just grinding away. I have a surplus of everything I need for crafting except masks. I'll see what my acqusition rate is over the next few days and see if I need to make any adjustments.
My target items to craft are 1 Market, 1 GasNGrub, 1 Houseboat, 4 Cornfields, 4 Opera Seats, and see what I have leftover (will probably make extra cornfields and a Bob sign).
Monsarno Level 27
Herbicide Level 15
Opera Stage Level 9
Finished main quest line.
I have crafted
Farmers Market
Gas and Grub
Sani-John Smokehouse
Cane Field
I have
12821 music notes (next award: Lady Terwilliger)
10658 fertilizer
12423 corn
6088 dna
7164 masks
Goals:
All Act III prizes - Only Lady Terwilliger left, will be done in 2 days
At least one of each craftables - 5 left
Then upgrade / craft staff as needed
I pushed Monsarno building above recommended level 19, and it appears to be good call. I don't lack fertilizer (still need some of it, but I will collect it soon) and any improvement of DNA collecting is good.
At the beginning of Act III, my priorities were: Masks, DNA, Fertilizer, Corn. Soon after upgrading Opera house to level 9, I switched priority to: DNA, Fertilizer, Masks, Corn. DNA is most problematic for me, and I think I will have enough masks soon, so I prioritized Fertilizer in order to, after I use fertilizer for crafting, upgrade Monsarno research more in order to improve DNA harvesting at least a little bit.
ok a day after finishing my upgrades to the Opera house
Fertilizer: 45k (+2k/day)
Corn: 29k (+1k/day and not even trying)
DNA: 14k (+1k/day)
Masks: 5200 (+3700/day)
12716 notes
should have enough masks in 2 days to craft the houseboat and enough for all of my plans in 5 days, which means I'll have 4 days to spare... and about 14k extra Corn.
