if you know the user name of the town (ie what it shows when you look at the neighbor screen, you can use the address book link in the pm window on the forum, that'll take you to a search window (remember o, 0, and O can look similar and maybe 1 & l, if the full user name doesn't show on the results window, you can leaving off the last couple of characters and seeing if the search result can find it anyway (sometimes the search fails
