Question about Mrs. Bouvier

I have no idea other than they sometimes miss adding characters to groups. I have other premium characters doing tasks and believe a few other premium seniors can as well.

Nope, several premiums have tasks. This appears to just be an oversight.

Because they never added her to the Seniors group, it's as simple as that.

There are a lot of characters that are left out of the categories they so obviously belong in. You'll also notice that a character as central as Marge doesn't even fall into any categories.
