UK elections 2015
Really? The BBC exit poll is saying that the Tories have a projected 316 out of 326 necessary seats for a majority and Labour only 239. I doubt it though, everything leading up to this has said the 35%/35% split like you said between the two.

Edit- Looks like the BBC exit polls were right Barry. The Tories won an outright majority garnering 330 seats. It was a really exciting election, elections over here are so boring. There are almost never any surprises in our elections since there are only two options and the exit polls are so thorough.
232 lab
56 snp
8 lib dem
3 Plaid
Ukip 1
Green 1
Personally I'm soso , they have improved our economy but im very worried about our NHS.
One thing I will say though is our vote system is ridiculous, whatever you think of UKIP it is a bit unfair they were third overall in terms of vote and md up with 1 seat, whilst snp got 56
I can't believe how wrong the predictions were though, no one but David Cameron expected a conservative majority
I hate UKIP but even I agree that there's something wrong with the system if they get 3 million votes but only one seat!
Lib dens got 961,452 votes more the SNP but got 48 less seats
Lib dems got the same number of seats( 8 ) as the DUP with 2,231,628 more votes, that's 13.1 times more people voting for the same representation in Westminster. It's too biased for small locations with passionate people.
That should tell you the scale of the problem out voting system has
As someone who considers themself a constitutional libertarian, I would like to see UKIP's popularity continue to increase just as the libertarian movement is in America.
