WDYDW: Gas and Grub

Thanks for posting this pic. I have not crafted this item yet, and so was not able to look at it clearly. I did not realize the smaller writing on the sign said "Las Gas Before Five Corners". Now it makes more sense to me why someone said that this came from the desert area outside of Springfield, along with Five Corners and the Rolling Rock. Makes me want to purchase those other premium items as well, especially if they do a desert expansion eventually. I'm just to tight on land at the moment to do any large designs or redecoration.

Anyway, I do think it looks nice with the Grocery store as well. Adding the other gas pumps is a nice touch also.

Had to go on the edge of a shopping district. There's just no room to put it somewhere more effective. Feel like that sign should be pointing off into the distance, but got no place that meets that criteria....

I really want to steal that Rolling Rock drive-in thing. But only if I can figure out some way to make it my own.

I used the gas station as the corner landmark for a new rural area in my town, with a more nostalgic vibe. The old farm house and drive-in are part of this zone too. I hope to fill the yard with corn!



My drive in doesn't have the movie playing, because it's daytime. :P
