Opera house not upgrading

You have to tap the Sideshow Bob Trophy icon, then scroll down to it.

Seems they should've made it upgradable by tapping like you can with the Herbicide squirter & Monsarno building.

It was a glitch. It should be fixed now with the new episode tie-in update.
