As far as I can tell, it's been there since they released Johnny Fiesta's.

    He's had theat task since Easter 2014 when they released Johnny Fiestas

    Gah! I had to store Johnny Fiesta's in order to place Gas 'n Grub. I hate it when I store buildings that have tasks associated with them.

    Oh ok I just got it the last time it was released (this Easter?) Guess I hadn't noticed before terwilligers started and he had been on event tasks the past few months.
