So, what's the DEAL with Sideshow Bob and Cecil?

Cecil's definitely screwed up. When he finished his 4-hour task, he changed to a clown and slid across the screen.

Sideshow Bob's "Laugh Maniacally" might be indoors now because it is a little redundant. I think it's the same animation that plays whenever he finishes a task. SSB also has 3 other visual tasks like the rest of the Terwilligers.

Not actually a glitch, but another weird thing about Bob is that his "Sing at the Opera" task has him wearing his Opera costume, however you can't select that task if he's wearing the skin.

I'm assuming it has something to do with not wanting to confuse a premium vs. non-premium payout for the task, but if you've got the skin you should be allowed to get the premium anyway.
