Missing Monte Moneybags skin

Perhaps the skin is connected to Money Mountain like many characters are tied to the buildings they came with? So if you store the building, you also lose the associated character.

Should have clarified. Stored mountain and replaced to see if that would bring the skin back. Mountain is out, no skin.

I had to search through all of inventory to find it. It wasn't in characters like I'd expected. Try scrolling without selecting any sub categories.

Because I plan to store the mountain the minute I get the skin.

To unlock the skin you need to have Burns free and tap on his exclamation mark, after a bit of dialogue, it says it's in your inventory, after that you unlock the skin.

I'm nearing completion of level XII of the Money Mountain and getting a bit worried now that I'm reading this thread.

Sorry to ask again, but can anyone confirm if you can still use the skin even if the Money Mountain is stored?

My game plan is to build it up and then store it once I get the skin.

All the tasks Burns has with the skin are done at the money mountain so you will need to keep it in your town if you want to use the skin. The payout on those tasks is better than premium so it's worth having.

Wow, you are right. I see they pay double what a premium character pays. A shame that mountain is so big, though...

Too true. I was planning to get the skin and never use it, figuring it was a regular skin. Didn't realize it pays out so much, though... now I just need a skin for Smithers so I can divorce their 1 hour task and have Burns always with the money mountain when I get it.
