Experiencing the same also. Can't progress the storyline as the quest just keeps looping.

Maybe its because of the most recent in game update? I was halfway through the quest.

I had the same thing happen to me. The only way I could pass this mission was to rush with donuts while the timer was still going. I will definitely be contacting EA for a refund though.

I am having the same issue, I have already had 4 people practice twice and it just keeps looping. I also only have 4 people who can practice, although the walkthrough lists several characters that I have as able to practice. Am I doing something wrong?

It must have to do with the in-game update today, because I had 2/4 and it reset to 0/4 after that, and it hasn't changed even after 6-8 times of completing the task. Sigh. I'm getting tired of wasting time on it, but you can't move on without it!

Same here, thought I was loosing my mind as I'd sent them on this task last thing last night, expecting it to complete, now doing it again sob.
