From what I hear, the only change was a bug fix for Lady Duff crashing.

No, I think they fixed some 'under the hood' stuff too. I was trying to do my neighbor visits today and crash, crash, crash... I couldn't even get in to some of my neighbor's towns - not even through Krustyland or the Tap Ball menu. My games would crash (2 devices) every time. Then about a 1/4 of the way slogging through I got the update - I was able to go back and get the towns I couldn't get into and no more crashing.

That's because their game file was messed up but the upgrade fixed it. Pretty sure this was the Lady Duff problem.

there was no other change then the fix on the quest

Was it fixed? My quest line petered out right after "All My Sober Ladies, Part 1."

All my sober ladies pt2 in particular the Homer section where he must confront lady duff.

Why is it whenever EA fixes one thing, they must ALWAYS screw up something else? :roll: .

Thanks to the Lady Duff update, the voices for some of the characters are now muffled.

I though all the tap ball sound clips were muffled, I cant make out a one of them and that was before the crash and update

Odd, the audio/voices are working fine on my device (iPhone 5). Also noticed some (apparently) new audio for Burns in his quest line (the quest involving Milhouse).
