According to tstoaddicts, he does not. It is merely a decoration. It would be awesome if they set up a visual task for him there. They already have all the animations created for him because of the tapball games. It would be so cool for apu to have a joint task with him, apu with his bowling ball and Tatum punching. Apu desperately needs more outdoor tasks.
