I have 34% per my Gulp N Blow, which seems low, since I have every premium item, tons of trees, hedges, fences and other decorations. Would love to know how to get into the 50-60% range, make the irrational amount of time I spend seem more palatable.

'Rushed' would have 2 meaning in this situation
1. You rushed through all the levels
2. You rushed to get all the items
So lefreeze you are partly wrong
I came from some rpg games, and rushed for me, is like you rushed your level, ( farming in this case ) and forget to make the tasks...

Is the math really that difficult? We're not talking vector calculus here. Bust out a three dimensional line integral and I could see the issue, but figuring out percentages?
Here you go in the simplest formula I can think of.
((Collected Amount / Base Amount) - 1) x 100% = Bonus Percentage
My bonus is low but my wife has some of the premium items (Frink's/Otto) on the account she mostly uses, so I didn't feel it necessary to duplicate and buy them on mine, too.
Mine's at 30%. Was about 22 just a few days ago, but I've since added reindeer from stockings, and fruit trees and white fences to the rich neighborhood I did have to restart to recalculate it properly, if anyone is coming up with a lower than expected number.
Edit: LOL okay my white fences hadn't registered yet I guess - 41% this evening. Sweet!

Feeling cranky now because I have that stupid tire fire, white fences, and a bunch of **** stuff that do nothing but sit there and my rating isn't not as high as I would like. 25%....what's the point? I hate that sign and they can't make me buy it.
On another note, my poor kid has a 10%. Could be because his mother is stingy and won't buy a 10 year who likes to waste them speeding things up donuts. He's gotten a couple of bucks here and there and nothing more so he is thrilled that he is now up to 60 from the stockings (plus the $10 I got him from Gil).
I'm not a hundred percent certain, but I believe the ones that were donuts do? But if you remember when they released them there was a minor glitch of sorts that had them all in the market for cash, then shortly thereafter changed them. I think the Itchy balloon and the blinky one ( I believe ) ended up being the premium ones? But I can't recall if they gave a percentage boost or not?
That being said, my current percentage is at 33%. Not too shabby :-)

About the random invites.. People can invite.. I have 61 people on my list and will not add more than that. Really, i will delete some rushed people, who are at lvl 24, and dont have even krabappel's apartment.. I hate rushed people...
Wanted to point out something to you that you may not have factored in when you are deleting people that you say are rushing. With the new way of getting extra cash there is something that goes along with it that you cant refuse. Perhaps it is coming from Fat Tony You also get a boat load of XP that comes with the cash. I have gotten as much as 300XP with each friend. I play several towns and on one of them I leveled up twice from 18-20 after one friend round.
Dont be so harsh to judge so called rushing.
Last time I checked you have to take the XP I dont think you can only take the cash. Since you are maxed out like me at least on one of my towns all you are paying attention to is the cash. Yesterday morning I went as long as I ever did and ding dang diddly it was on my maxed out level 24 and got 2000.00 and 150 XP per house. I would have liked the 150 XP on my lower level towns I want to be on level 24 on all of them as everything is unlocked and ready to get. It will take a while to get it all. One of my towns is Lvl 21 and I just got the church and probably will be 24 in a few days.
So dont judge level 24 with low buildings harshly. You may be deleting a good player with a town of potential.
All my towns are set up for my friends. All buildings decorated and very little farming (Only handshakes).
Small house farms on some only put there because as many were tricked into believing we would get coins for all of them.
As soon as the Christmas event ends I plan to do some serious renovations.
BTW My level 24 is filled with all the friends I want and my bonus just went up as I added more premium. My town is real and it is spectacular and I hope you are never a friend. (Unless you sneak in under an assumed name)
My next building should be Krabapple in day or so so nertz to you

But honestly I don't need any more money as my land is already maxed out and I built plenty white and orange houses (no farms).
All this extra % is just useless imho.
You can easily make tons of money and XP without it.
That's why I never cared about it.
